Yes, Arrow Mixing Products does accept returns, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Return Window:

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

3. Return Methods:

  • In-Person: Customers can return products directly to our designated store or outlet.
  • By Mail: Products can be mailed back to our specified return address.

4. Return Label:

  • Download/Print: The return label can be accessed and printed from the “My Orders” section on our website.
  • In the Box: For select orders, a return label may be included in the box. Please check the packaging before disposing of it.

5. Return Costs:

  • Defective Product: If the product is defective or not as described, Arrow Mixing Products will cover the cost of the return shipping. In such cases, no restocking fee will be applied.
  • Customer Remorse: If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind or preference, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

6. Condition of Returned Product:

  • Unused Products: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included to be eligible for a return.
  • Lightly Used: If a product has been lightly used, it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Products showing signs of damage or significant wear may not be accepted for return.

7. Return Shipping Costs:

The cost of return shipping will vary based on the location and size/weight of the product. Customers are advised to check with their chosen carrier for exact pricing. Remember, if the product is defective or not as described, Arrow Mixing Products will cover this cost.

Note: All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. If it is determined that the product is not in returnable condition or does not meet the criteria mentioned above, the return may be denied, and the product may be sent back to the customer.
